Today in Venice European Congress on Obesity. Very motivating how scientists, doctors and nutrionists from all over Europe are coming together to learn about how to better tackle the ‘disease’ Obesity. Instead of focusing on treating the complications of overweight/obesity, it seems much more cost-effective to tackle the disease itself. Dr Gerd Vanhaverbeke, representing the Obesity Clinic AZ Groeninge is also in attendance.
